Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By commissioning me, you agree to the following:
General Rules
˙⋆✮Communication: All communication will be done via [Email/Discord/DM].˙⋆✮Usage: Commissions are for personal use only (profile pictures, wallpaper, personal printing) unless a commercial license is discussed and purchased separately.˙⋆✮Copyright: As the artist, I retain the rights to the artwork and may post it to my portfolio or social media (unless you request it to remain private).
Work Boundaries
I want to ensure the best quality for your piece, so I focus on what I do best.
I DO NOT draw:˙⋆✮Gore (Extreme violence or graphic imagery)˙⋆✮Mecha (Complex machinery/heavy robotics)˙⋆✮Illegal Content (Anything prohibited by law or hateful imagery)
Payment & Refunds
˙⋆✮Payment: 50/50 split (if applicable) via [PayPal/Stripe/etc].˙⋆✮Refunds: Full refunds are only available if I haven't started the sketch. Once the final art is delivered, no refunds will be issued.
